Dressing is so simple yet completely delicious! I was pleasantly surprise! My BF is a creamy dressing kind of guy and tried this-loved it, said I can make this anytime. I used a mix bag of spinach and arugula--so good. Fantastic recipe/salad, I will make this again and again, thanks Giada!

Very simple and delicious. There are no leftovers. I take that to be a successful recipe!

Well, I always hate when people change half the recipe and then review their own concoctions, but... I left out the capers and added a dab of dijon to the dressing. This was a really nice side dish - I served it with grilled pork chops. Very refreshing and tasty. The maple syrup added a nice hint of sweetness to balance the peppery arugula. I'd probably go with even a bit more dijon next time to give the dressing some more body.

Incredibly delicious! Our daughter was here for a visit and we wanted something light for supper, so I made this salad, divided it into 3 bowls and laid a few boiled shrimp on the top of each serving. The entire salad was wonderful, but the lemon dressing was absolutely out-of-this-world! We all ended up drinking the dressing left in the bottom of our bowls - YUM!!!
Giada does so many great things with lemons, but this is the best I've tried yet. Will try this dressing on a plain mixed berry salad next.

This is the first time i've ever taken a break from actually eating the recipe so that i can write its' review. I'm literally in the middle of enjoying this salad for the 3rd day in a row. Delicious! The simplistic combination of these flavors is perfection. Everyone at my dinner party asked about the dressing. It's light with perfect flavor to compliment the salad. I ususally make this dressing wtih dijon mustard (instead of syrup, but this is my new fave.

The lemon is fresh, the tuna is rich, the capers are tart, the onions spicy, and the beans creamy. Fantastic combination of flavors. I couldn't belive how fresh and light it tasted. However, the beans and tuna gave it enough protein to fill me up. Super inexpensive, easy, and portable.

Delicious combination of flavors! Yes very "lemony". Could use a tiny bit less lemon juice?, but that's why it's called lemony, right?! : Very yummy. Love arugula.

I made this recipe for a girls lunch at my home. The salad was a huge hit! I made it without red onions. Delish! I'll make this one again and again! Thanks Giada!

this is the most wonderful salad. The dressing is so good
and our family loves arugula. I always have to double this
salad for the 3 of us. Thanks Giada for a keeper. We are
leaving for the Cayman Islands early March have already
packed this recipe in my suitcase. It will be so nice to
have this salad on the beach with our friends one evening.
