Great salad with a fresh and light taste. Pretty too. I left out the onion because I'm not a fan of raw onion. Just the type of salad I wanted to make tonight!

Did not have capers, so left them out! A big hit nonetheless: Thanks!

I made this to go along with my Easter meal & my family loved it. I doubled the recipe and followed exactly. It served 10 people and there was only a little left over to bring to work with me the next day. That's how much everyone loved it. Will def make again!!

This salad is phenomenal! However I left out the capers because I am not a huge fan. And I let the onions marinate in the dressing. It is a simple, easy, delicious recipe. I paired it with Halibut. So yummy!

A friend and I needed a salad recipe to serve before our entree and I'd just added this recipe to my box. This could not have been more perfect. Followed everything exactly and the salad was absolutely delicious. We are both into cooking and are Foodnetwork junkies and we both kept saying, "Thank you Giada, thank you Giada" throughout this course. Thank you Giada--simple, bright and flavorful, just like you.

This recipe is amazing....not just because it is so delicious with balanced flavors, but because it is so simple with just a few ingredients!!! I didn't change a thing, I prepared as instructed. I have to tell you, Giada - this one is going to be a "regular" in our home. This salad can precede or end a main meal of any kind. Thanks so much for this winner!!!!

This is a restaurant quality salad...the dressing is perfect, light because the lemon juice is balanced out nicely by the maple syrup. I didn't have capers when I began making this salad and I marinated the red onions and white beans in the vinaigrette while I ran to the store. It was good I wouldn't do that again. I can see where adding the onion at the end would give it a nice crisp bite like Giada recommended. Not that it needed it but I shaved some Parmesan cheese on top...delicious!

Great salad! fast, easy and "different". I made it as directed the first time. Another time I substituted pinto beans for the white ones. Also great. Ran out of lemons; used limes. Also good!
