    Very easy to prepare and worked out great as a 4th of July dish. Might add just a little bit more carrot though.

    I put 1lb browned ground beef in it. It turned out great! I also took the left over salad & put it with greek dressing for home made gyros. yum

    I found this recipe very easy to prepare and it was delicious. After beginning preparation I realized I didn't have enough stock for the amount of rice, so i used less rice than called for but it came out great anyway. I also froze leftovers and re-heated in the microwave a few days later and it was okay, but not as good as freshly made.

    This is a great summer salad, or anytime of year. I love the flavors and followed the recipe exactly. It is really easy to put together and I like the fiber content of the salad. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

    This was very easy to make. Great for summer get together. It is great warm or at room temperature. Don't have to worry about keeping it cold. Everyone loved it!!

    This was very good, and easy to make with items straight out of the pantry. If you substitute plain lentils: they'll hold their shape, but be ready for a cooking time on the lentils that is much longer than for the smaller green lentils. Also, a little chopped fresh oregano and even lemon pepper seasoning cooked with the lentils works if you don't happen to have a lemon around. (I made this with what was left in my house before my weekend grocery shopping. I will definetely make this again, especially for a picnic.
