    This is the third time I served the Lentil Soup..Perfect for a small luncheon on a cold day-everybody loved it!!

    I made this lentil soup for Easter this year and my family and I loved it! It was very easy to prepare and made a lot of soup. I usually like to test a recipe before making it for a holiday, but this one did not let me down. The leftovers were wonderful. I look forward to making it again.

    This soup is easy and inexpensive to make. It may seem like just a light and healthy meal, but it is very filling. The men in your family will love it!

    This was very easy to make and very low fat. I found it just a bit bland the first day but delicious the second day.

    This dish was very good and really easy to make. My only problem with it was that there were WAY to many lentils in it, next time I'll just add half a pound and more elbow noodles. Other than that, it was great!

    This is a wonderful recipe. The little bit of pasta makes it unique and fun. Very tasty!

    I am Mexican so I am very use to meking lentils Mexican style. The pasta gives it a different consistency, making it taste sooooo different and hearty. We loved it!! I over did it with the thyme (since I used dried, next time I will use much less.
