    I love to cook and this was so easy and so delicious, I took it to work and oh my god it was such a hit....I added serrano pepper halves to add a kick to it and it was soooo good

    This stew/soup is exceptional. The flavors meld well together and the consistency is thick and homey. I added potatoes to give it more of a stew feel, and they were delicious.

    The lentil soup that I used to make seemed blah compared to Giata's recipe. The meat was so tender and I loved the tomatos. Lots of flavor!

    This recipe was so good. My husband is a fan of lentil soup and with the beef it just gave it such great flavor. It also freezes well.

    my husband and i loved this recipe. i doubled it and then froze half for later for an easy meal later. when i thaw it out, i'll just add the parsley to freshen it up.

    This soup is easy to prepare & tastes great. I let it simmer all day, adding the lentils for the last 2 hrs., & it couldn't have been better.
