    This soup was excellent! A very hearty meal with tons of leftovers. I gave out the leftovers to family and they raved about it. Even my 15m old son loved it!!!!

    One of the best lentil soup recipes I have tried. The added beef makes this soup a meal. Just add your favorite loaf of bread and dinner's done! Wonderful combination of flavor and the beef is so tender after slow cooking. Another great one from Giada!

    Tasted ok but thought it was a little to watery. 6 cans of beef broth was a little too much, I think.

    I never tried lentils but I tried t his recipe for fun and my husband and I loved it and will definately make it again. It was great on a rainy day.

    I just went by the show and didn't have the reciepe on hand. After I made it and had the fist portion I realized I forgot the tomatoe and parsley opps! Still tasted very good, then I add both ingredients and it was wonderful. Will be making this again for sure!!

    My husband and I just loved this hardy soup with beef and lentils. The beef just fell apart in our mouths and the flavor is so yummy. Thank you for an easy soup that has become one of my favorites!
