    Very very good can not tell you enough times, I did not right equipment but really beat the mixture till smooth. Best after 3-4 days so make it ahead the taste get better and better.

    the limoncello is great! and the cheesecake turned out great. nice texture, great lemon flavor. both went over well with a crowd!

    Everyone loved this creamy, decadent dessert. It tasted a little grainy to me, so I recommend beating the cheese for a long time to smooth out the texture.

    This was one of three desserts served. I wanted a nonchocolate dessert to go with the tirimisu and the zuccotto. This was a great choice because it wasn't too sweet and it was well received.

    The absolute best cheesecake. I am not typically a fan of cheesecakes but this one I will eat over and over again.

    I agree with the other reviewers. This recipe is sensational. Made it to rave reviews at home as well as for a July 4th picnic. Not one was left on the plate!

    The taste of these is just incredible - it's as good as the best cheescake I've ever had. I made a raspberry sauce to go on mine which really complemented the flavor.

    Loved the taste of this recipe but the texture was grainy. I have never used ricotta before in cheesecake..is this normal? Would like to make again but without the graininess.
