This dessert is amazing! It is very light and not to tart. I made this for a birthday luncheon instead of a cake along with Steak Salad and Torta di Pasta (recipes from another episodeand they thought I was a gourmet chef.

When it says drained ricotta, does that mean just pour the standing liquid off, or put the ricotta in a stainer? Thanks.

I love lemon, especially in the summer---this is a wonderful dessert to make for a dinner party. Limoncello will now be my new hostess gift instead of wine!

I made this for my husband and he loves it. It was so easy to make and the first time we have tasted Limoncello it is yummy. I will make this again and again for family and friends.
