This recipe reminded me of the spaghetti pie I make and I had to try it.I often read the reviews to a recipe prior to attempting it because not all the recipes work out accordingly. I tried the recipe and substituted with what I had on hand (since I was snowed in. I used reg. mozzarella, cream cheese, pancetta , parmigiano reggiano, and d'iatellini for the pasta. It was very flavorful and easy to assemble. I did have to bake it longer than suggested. However, it doesn't need to be covered. Everyone loved it and insists that I make it again real soon!

Get over yourself, you are jealous, this review is about food! Giada, you are gorgeous, and your food is delectable!

I'm giving you 5 stars because I know this is going to be yummy! I'm thinking I might leave out the pasta just because so many carbs, but I'll leave that up to hubby! I will make these with Ina's Popovers, OMG delicous and Mimosas, cannot wait....Merry Christmas all!

People please! If I was young and beautiful like Giada, I would be wearing the same outfits! Back to the food please! She prepares wonderful, unique food that is a pleasure to cook and eat. I have always had a successful recipe from Giada and catch her show often. When has it been necessary to comment on wardrobe on a food blog!?! You people need to go somewhere else - twitter, facebook, anywhere but here.

I absolutely love Giada and constantly look up where she gets her outfits from! I love her food and her style. She has the utmost class, and any woman that wants to complain about her clothes is Jealous! Those of your who complain about how she dresses should take advice from her about staying in SHAPE. Because she was in SHAPE magazine! Get some self esteem, because its too sad to be jealous of someone you don't even know!

These are absolutely delicious! No further comments needed! And for those of you commenting on her clothes, I'm pretty sure these reviews are for the recipes.

This is sure to impress, great for brunch, light lunch, potlucks, cocktail parties and the latest snacklucks! To keep the cost of ingredients down uesed half and half instead of cream, regular ham not proscuitto, plain rather than smoked mozzarella, parmesan in place of the asiago cheese and cream cheese for the mascarpone. They still tasted great! To prevent the tops from getting hard cover with aluminum foil sprayed with pam prior to baking for the 30 minutes. ENJOY!!!!

This receipe was just great and I thought extremely easy. Who cares what her style of dress is anyway. It's not as though young children are watching and if they were, they probably see much worse on MTV.

What a way to ring in the New Year! We were at a New Year's Eve party last night and my neighbor brought these to share. They are absolutely awesome! I looked up the recipe as soon as I logged on this morning because I simply couldn't wait til my friend emailed it to me. She saw Giada make these on the Today show and was inspired. They are so delicious and definitely are a must addition to anyone's repertoire. Sure to impress! Thanks again Giada!!!
