OMG. This was so easy and delicious. I am putting it on my once a week at least list. I love to cook and can always find something I would change in a recipe. Not with this one, it is perfect in every way.

Great, the kids even liked it....the avocado really gives it a creamy taste. I made it last night for dinner and just had some for lunch, it's even BETTER the next day!!!

Very good. I used Farfalle (bow tie noodles instead. They're more fun to eat lol. Husband just loved this recipe....thanks Giada. :

This recipe is my new obsession! I make it with spaghetti and cut the lime in half. I also use spinach instead of arugula since that's what I had on hand. This pasta is simply delicious. It's so creamy and smooth and the flavors work so well together. It is so easy, quick and wonderful! I agree that it is best served right away and doesn't bode well reheated. I highly recommend!

Delicious recipe and the arugula adds a different flavor to it. We thought it was a little rich as a pesto, so I served it as a vegetable/chip dip. My guests loved it! It's like an Italian Guacamole. It makes a lot, so you might want to cut the recipe in half.

Absolutely amazing and so easy! Great the next day as a cold pasta. (Wouldn't recommend reheating as leftovers because avocados can get a little funky after a day or so. But seriously, this will be one of my new go-to meals. Love it.

This was good the first night, even though it seemed a little garlicky (I used two cloves as called for. As leftovers two nights later, though, it was a little weird-tasting and too pungent.

It was ok...it needed something more to make it stand out. Makes a good side dish.
