Making this for my guy for his birthday, I've decided to serve it with grilled chicken. I am stuck though, what would be a good veggie side dish?

This is the best pesto I have ever had. It was so easy to make and so delicious! I served it with shrimp scampi...what a wonderful dinner..thank you Giada!

Amazing. I am not a big arugula fan but my daughter made this and it was delicious! We had it as a side but put some chicken on top and it would have been a meal.

I've made this recipe twice. The first time it was outstanding. The second time, it was just above average. Maybe I was a little off my game the second time around- too much arugula, maybe?? I still think it's a light, delicious meal though.

AWESOME with spinach instead of arugula and cilantro instead of basil (a little less than 1 cup of cilantro. I had some leftover cooked elbows, so I used a little olive oil to help with the consistency instead of pasta water. Lime amount was fine, and I doubled garlic and added a bit more cheese. After one bite, 8 year old son said, "Delicious!". And asked for a bowl of it as a snack. It seems to me that it could work in a lunch box.

Giada, your recipe for the linguine with avocado and arugula pesto is fabulous! I tossed in a couple more cups of arugula and chopped walnuts on top. This is a must give to friends and family recipe.

Excellent recipe. The kids loved it.they were a little scared to try something green but they tried and they loved it, they ask for more and more.. Is really convenient that can be eating cold from the refrigerator or room temperature.
