    I know this recipe doesn't need any more reviews but I felt compelled to write one. Let me say that every single recipe I attempt to make never turns out as well I expect, no matter how carefully I follow the instructions. However this was a complete success, which I believe is due to the fact it is just too simple to screw up! The only thing I did differently was I added a little sauteed garlic because some reviewers said the dish lacked flavor (it definitely didn't and probably didn't need the garlic. My only warning is that this dish is a little heavy, because all the cheese, butter, and pasta water makes this almost like an alfredo sauce. It was really delicious though and I will definitely make it again. It seriously took 15 min. to make from start to finish!

    great recipe, simple to make and delicious, especially since i love arugula. i added shrimp to this recipe which made it more of a main meal.

    This was so easy and fast, w/ a little one and a working mother I have to feed the family fast, this is the meal! Light, quick and wonderful. EXCELLENT!!

    This was a great and simple recipe! (Take that, Rachel Ray! Just be sure to use LOTS of freshly ground black pepper. I added some torn basil leaves along with the arugula. A real keeper!

    this pasta recipe looked so good on the show but was flavorless and boring. I usually love simple pasta dishes but this was a total miss for me and my whole family.

    Did this with shells instead. Found you don't need to add pasta water if you do the shell, because they retain the water in their little pockets. Great rustic fare.
