The arugula adds the perfect bitterness to offset the butter. This dish is delish...and even better with her sauteed shrimp tossed in pesto.

If you are looking for a dish that is light yet heavy with flavor, look no farther. This linguine pasta is a favortie with my family now.
Easy to make and very tasty!

I'm a pregnant mother of 3 so at the end of the day, it's nice not to have to spend a ton of time in the kitchen. This was very simple to make and all my kids liked it. I saw her make this recipe on television and she'd suggested that you could substitute spinach for the arugula if you like. That's what we did and it was just as yummy.

I tried this with the Jumbo Shrimp with Basil and Mint Pesto and the combination was excellent. All my friends loved it, including my husband. Have made this more than a few times and will continue to make
    it many more times.

My husband and I LOVED this dish- it was really tasty, and reallly quick to make. I served mine with grilled shrimp on top, to give it a little bit of meat- I am making this dish again soon- I would recommend it to anyone!

This was so easy! I used spinach instead of arugula because that's what I had and it was perfect. I made when I only had an hour to eat dinner and get ready and make it to a movie on time. It was a perfect dinner, fast, and easy!

This was good but needed a lot more seasoning. I used about double the pepper, 2 teaspoons of salt, added 2 cloves of garlic and 1/2 shallot. It was much better tasting with these additions.

This was great! Be sure to reserve enough of the pasta water to moisten the dish as you mix in the cheese. I used fresh linguine from our local pasta production place. Wow...everyone LOVED it!
