Overall, a very nice dish. Not a big fan of arugula so I used spinach instead.

I just got the cooking bug after getting my Wusthof knife, and this is the 3rd recipe i've tried from Giada and the first one my kids (7&9 didnt rave about. I guess I didnt read enough of the comments, otherwise if I did try it again, i would use spinach instead of the arugula, maybe try a milder cheese, and add it more slowly. I let my daughter help me and she accidentally dumped it all in at once. I probably should have added more water as well to get the creamy consistency others raved about.

This was good, not great. There was nothing truly spectacular about it so I dont think I will be making it again. I suppose it would be a fine side dish but it didn't have the oompfh to stand alone at my table.

This was a wonderful dish that was both easy to prepare and full of flavor. I serve this as either a main course or as a pasta side dish. One change: I double the amount of arugula for even more "pop".
