I didn't have linguine handy, so I used penne. It worked great! The recipe is so easy and the chicken thighs really do give the dish a nice rich flavor. I'll use this one again.

This recipe is so much more flavorful than a traditional red sauce. And Giada's right when she says the dark-meat chicken is perfect for this dish--VERY tender and flavorful. This is so simple to prepare, and has become my family's most requested dish! Definitely a winner!

This was an excellent recipe. The chicken was a moist and a nice change from beef. I used canned pasta sauce.

Even though I used prepared marinara sauce from the grocery store to reduce a cooking time, it came out really good. It is very simple to make if you already have a prepared sauce.

Well...I cheated and bought a high quality Marinara sauce since I didn't have the time to do my own, but the results were delicious just the same! The prep work takes a little time....you might NOT want to try this one on a work night.
