I made this because my teenage boys keep asking for pasta and my younger boy is not a fan of beef in tomato dishes - a very picky eater. This got rave reviews not only the first time I served it, but even as a leftover. Not a drop was left. I found it hard to cut the chicken thighs into small enough pieces so I put them in the freezer for a little while, then cubed them, then threw them in the food processor. I worked great and turned out better than pre-packaged ground chicken because there was no skin on it and I knew exactly what went into it. I also made eggplant parmesan and the two dishes together were out of this world. This recipe is a keeper forever.

I served this at a dinner party for 6 lovers of Italian food, including my husband and me. I doubled the recipe hoping to have a few leftovers....I guess I was dreaming as we practically liked the pan clean. A definate keeper...and winner!

My family only likes white meat chicken so I make this and use breast strips and it is wonderful and very quick. Everyone loves it.

This was very good. I added a little more garlic. I loved using the thigh meat it kept the chicken moist.

The sauce is delicious. I added garlic and onion powder and oregano, basil and sugar. Amazing! Great with or without the chicken.

Made this for a dinner party with one who "Hates Italian food" I set out to convert his tastebuds! With a traditional taste but a non-traditional flare this was a winner! Easy, especially if you make Marinara ahead, but impressive. Served with a grilled aspargas and roasted red peper salad , made a wonderful combo!

I would make this again, definitly. I had my boyfriend's mom and brother over and they all ate it up! I liked how the rosemary really stands out, and it wasn't very time consuming. I would recommend breaking the pasta in half and then cooking it because it was kind of a chore trying to eat it with the noodles so long!

This is an excellent recipe, it has a nice balance of flavors. It's quite simple to make, however I think next time I'll make the sauce ahead of time, like mentioned in the recipe. To make this all in the same day was a little too labor intensive. Family really enjoyed it. Have never made a dish like this using Chicken Thighs, and it come's out moist and tender. Will make again!

My husband is still raving about this dish an hour after dinner! I used extra jars of Giada's marinara sauce that I had made previously for another dish and had ready to defrost in my freezer so the whole dish came together quickly. This dish has a perfect balance of flavor and the sauce is rich and adheres readily to the pasta. My husband was thrilled to hear that there are some leftovers for tomorrow's dinner.
