I can't believe that people are calling this bland! The wine gives it such a yummy, interesting flavor. I followed the recipe exactly and the husband said it was possibly one of the top 10 best things he's ever eaten - and he's no rookie. We don't typically eat pasta on a regular basis, but we used this to carbo-load before a triathalon and now we will definitely be making this again and again! Probably with whole wheat pasta next time! Another thing - I can't believe that people have the nerve to give this recipe one star based on Giada's CLEAVAGE when they haven't even tried it. You are joking, right?

I used penne instead of linguine because I needed to get rid of some of the noodles in my cabinet and it was still yummy.

A great dish that tastes even better the next day. A hit with my family, as are most of Giada's recipes. For the cleavage obsessed reviewers, this is hardly the forum for such complaints. (If I were built like Giada, I'd show it off too.

This was a very good dinner, have learned so much from you, handy tips too. Chicken thighs did the trick - more flavor. For the viewers who are turned off by your low-cut tops - ignore, you are a very sweet and beautiful women. Wear whatever you please-----your recipes rock !!

I am a fairly novice cook, although, I love cooking. I tried this recepie for the first time tonight, and it turned out wonderful. It is very forgiving. Don't be afraid to throw other vegies into the ragu sauce to spice it up. Is very easy to make, and very tasty. Very filling, if you have to cook for a lot of people this is a good choice.

My dinner party was a great success thanks to Giada's fabulous recipes in her episode "First Time Dinner Party!" My guests were so impressed with the chicken ragu. It's easy enough, though the marinara sauce is rather time consuming. It was, however, very worth it!
