Made this dish to entertain for a dinner party and everyone loved it. : Grocery store I went to didn't have arugula so I substituted baby spinach instead and came out wonderful. Will make again! : Great dish for entertaining, served a simple fresh baby mixed green salad with it along with garlic bread.

Fresh. Light. Refrershing. Really lemony, but not tart. I didn't use nearly the amount of oil called for in the recipe - it just didn't need it and of course, I added more garlic than called for. It's really great with a side of steamed asparagus or broccoli and some crusty italian bread. It would be great for a dinner party, especially in the Summer where a light dish fits the bill.

I did substitute spinach for the arugula and I added a bit of garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flake to kick up the flavor a bit. A hit with the hubby, 11 year old and 15 year old.

I absolutely love this! The lemon oil really makes this dish. I put red pepper flakes for a little spice. My man hated it, he is not a lemon person. So if you don't like a lot of lemon...this isn't for you.

I thought this recipe was good, but the lemon flavor got a little old after a couple bites. I would recommend some bread or a side dish. I also thought it would be more oily, maybe I should have put more olive oil in. I would make it again, but probably change or add a few things.

Love the lemon taste! This was a huge hit. I added aritchokes and tomatoes to it and topped it off with some parm cheese...Came out perfect.

I got a back yard full of lemons so I was in search of some excellent recipes with lemons. I made this last night for dinner. The receipe was so easy and simple. Very little prep time and only 2 pots involved. I'm not too crazy about the arugula taste and I think it is just as tasty without it. I might use less next time. But hubby loved it and will make it again.

This was a very tasty and delicious dish. I made it for my parents who are very picky and they loved it! They kept asking how to make it: Loved it! I took the advice of another review to not strain the lemon zest out of the lemon oil. I did add some of the reserved water for more moisture...came out perfect! Love the frozen shrimp addition...so easy!! :
