This has a great, light lemony flavor and is simple to prepare (as long as you buy shrimp that is already de-veined.

Giada did it again with this bright and healthy recipe! Since my husband and I are not big fans of shrimp, I substituted chicken. I also did not strain the lemon zest from the lemon oil to make it extra citrusy and topped with parmesan cheese. This is definitely one of our new favorite meals. You have to try this recipe to truly appreciate its uniqueness.

This was a easy meal to prepare. I enjoyed eating it, but it wouldn't be my first choice among other pasta recipes I have tried off the Food Network. I think the dish has great presentation value and would be an excellent side dish to a steak or other seafood.

I am looking forward to the leftovers cold and see how that goes.

I came across this recipe while searching for a light, delicious, summertime (ANYTIME! meal with a beautiful presentation (I offered to bring just such a plate to an important gathering at a friends houseand not tooooooo much work and voila!, I found it ALL in this recipe! The dish was an incredible hit with EVERYONE, and the (very little bit of... leftovers were a HUGE hit with my family, eaten cold the next day. As a side note; the recipe reads that the dish should be served immediately, which was the only concern as I had to transport it and then wait a bit before serving it. Turned out to be NO problem at all and I now know that it's delicious sooner as well as later! Go for it! Enjoy!
Thanks Giada and the Food Network!!!

This pasta recipe was delicious. It is super easy to make, and even tastes great as leftovers. A great recipe for a light and tasty meal.

This dinner was easy to make, but I, personally did not like all the lemon flavor. It you like lemon flavor in your food, then you will love this. I just don't think it is something that suits my personal taste.

Absolutely delicious! Too much lemon for the kids but I will definitely make it again for us. My supermarket didn't have arugula, but fresh basil makes a great substitute!

This recipe was AWESOME, even kids said it was a keeper. I prepared just as recipe said - but drained most of the liquid from shrimp before adding the other items - there was a lot of liquid in it from the frozen shrimp - I also put in 24oz of shrimp - not a mistake - the shrimp is SOOOO flavorful.
