Insanely good! Just found the recipe a month ago and per the request of my family, I've already made it twice. Obviously a HUGE hit! :

Loved this recipe. It was delicious with all the fresh ingredients and my family liked it as well. It was even good cold the next day. It will make a perfect dish for company.

We saw this the other night and my boyfriend had to have it for dinner. I added half of a small onion and put the chili flakes in last with the herbs. It came out AMAZING!! I was also a little apprehensive with all the mint, but it turned out fabulous with the shrimp! This is a must try recipe. Very quick too. Thank You Giada!!

Giada! Giada! Giada! Another wonderful recipe! This was positively delicious. The basil I had was in poor shape and only yielded about 1/4 cup once chopped. But, the 1/2 cup of mint didn't overpower the dish as I expected it might. It was very aromatic. I also goofed and put all the salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes in initially with the tomatoes; yet it still had a wonderful effervescent kick in the final dish. A fabulous dish for a Sunday evening.

This was very quick and easy to make. I did not have mint so went heavier on the Oregano and added Italian seasoning. At the very end I put in 1/4 cup of cream cheese just to pull it all together and make it more appealing to my teenagers. The whole family liked it a lot.

I found this recipe a bit bland but that was my fault. I omitted the crushed red pepper and mint and also used chicken broth in place of the wine. It was still a hit with the family and I will definitely make it again, using wine. I did not find the need to smash the cherry tomatoes.
