Delicious and different combination of flavors. And so easy to throw together on a week night!

This was truly delicious and just about as easy as could be. I noted all the various suggestions in the previous reviews so I added a clove of garlic and cut back on the lemon. Since this is a cold preparation you certainly could taste the sauce (as I did prior to removing it from the processor and make any adjustments. It was just my husband and I and there is barely any left for lunch for tomorrow. I used a 13.25 oz. box of whole wheat linguine for added protein.

I made this along with the cornmeal dusted chix bites and both were delish. The tomatoes were almost overpowering but I think it's the lemon juice that cuts through it, making it a light, pleasant pasta dish. I took the leftover linguine and made mini pasta frittatas- straight out of one of Giada's recent cookbooks. The flavor was awesome, especially w/added hot sauce!

Very simple, very good, full of flavor, and very easy to make. I'm a lemon nut, so it wasn't overpowering for my family. Didn't change a thing on this one. (And I usually do to recipes.

FANTASTIC! My 3 year old even liked it! I put some chicken boullion in the water when I cooked the whole wheat linguine. I grilled some marinated chicken breast with it and it was a light and easy meal.

Everyone else had theirs come out great. Mine was terrible. I don't know what I did wrong! I used 1/2 C Spanish manzanilla, pimiento stuffed olives (w/o the pimiento and 1/2 C basil flakes. (I didn/t have fresh basil I used a generic EVOO. Would the Spanish olives make that big a difference? Would the amount of basil (1/2 C. dry flakes be more than the equivalent of 1 cup (packed fresh basil?

I loved the recipe! It was so easy and delicious. Very refreshing. I thought the lemon brought a brightness to the dish and I wouldn't leave it out, at the very least just add it a little at a time. I'll be making this over and over again! One of my favorites already.
