This recipe has become a regular in my home. I do not understand the reviews that say it is bland. I think they are mistaking bland with fresh. The flavors are wonderful together. In the market that I shop in I can find fresh mozzarella in little balls and it is perfect for this dish. My two and a half year old granddaughter loves it as well as my vegetarian friends! Thanks for a great recipe.

This dish was so simple to prepare. My whole family thought it had so much flavor and tasted very fresh. I do agree with all the other reviews about the mozzarella clumping together. But, so what, it was still delicious!! I will definitely make this one again.

I made this as a side dish and ended up foregoing the entree. Absolutely, positively incredible. And I can't believe how easy it is to make. This is going to be one of my new staples. As I was eating it, I was imaginging it made with asparagus. I cannot WAIT to try that. Giada, you are the BEST! Thank you for sharing this with us.

This is one of my absolute favorite recipes of all time. I make this frequently and its always well received. The fresh tomatoes really make this sauce and the mozzarella gives it a nice filling creamyness. Utterly sublime.

I really enjoy making this dish because it tastes good and it's simple to make but I notice the olive oil gives it the most flavor. So use a good one!

This has become one of my favorite indulgences! I actually find myself craving this... minimal ingredients leaves you tasting each one, not a smother of tastes. Plus, it's quick!
