We plant tomatoes and basil in our garden. I was starving last night, but I hadn't gone grocery shopping. So I remembered this recipe and knew that I had some elbow pasta, and all of the other ingrediants in my garden. I didn't have fresh mozzerella, but I had part-skim and it worked wonderfully. Just don't be heavy handed with the cheese. I didn't have olive oil either, I had canola and it still had a lot of flavor. I would totally make this again. In the winter I will use canned tomatoes, but for now I'll enjoy mine from the garden.

It's so delicious and SUPER easy. My family loved it, they especially loved how it was so fresh. But I totally recommend serving the pasta first in the plates then add the fresh mozzarella individually to everyone. If you put all of the mozzarella in while still in the pot, it will all group up together, but other than that, everyone will love it.

My first real pasta dish other than macaroni and cheese from a box was little thimbles sciue sciue. It was so easy to prepare and the results were incredible. My little sister is a very picky eater and she absolutely loved this when I made it for her. It's a great recipe for teens who want to cook and it should give those picky eaters something tasty to eat besides chicken fingers.

The Cheese did not melt as well as I had hoped, but the meal was still good over all.

This recipe was fast and easy to make; however it was pretty bland, not a whole lot of flavor to it. I had to use a good deal of salt and it still wasn't enough. The mozzarella does tend to clump; it was too easy to get a big forkful of nothing but mozzarella.

I love this dish easy to make, and not heavy. I made it for a party and every one loved it. I make it with Penne Pasta...

This one will be made again and again in our house! I have found mini balls of fresh mozzarella (about the size of mini masrchmallows they worked really well and were a fun change for the kids.
