Outstanding! This will be my go-to grilled lobster from now on. This was so insanely delicious! Cut the butter a bit but followed the recipe as stated. Served with marinated grilled zucchini and rice pilaf!

I like to add a little lemon pepper and garlic salt to the butter mixture for an extra kick of flavor. YUM!

I made this for my husband's b-day and he absolutely loved it, the butter is delicious with any other fish/seafood ingredient and if you make extra, you can add it to simple pasta and is really tasty.
Lobster is a little hard to handle the first time but I nailed it the first time just being careful on the instructions, I used kitchen scissors to cut shell and used the oven at 425 for 15 min. instead of grilling it, and it worked perfect on my lobster.

I prepared in toaster oven. I sprayed the tail and the meat w/ butter flavor Pam spray. Great for a fat free diet! I served it with sauteed pineapple, Fugi apple, some jalepeno and roma tomato slices. Nice side dish too.

I did this in the oven instead of the grill, and despite somehow catching on fire in the oven, it was very good! (Yeah, I'm a bit of a clutz and not the greatest cook. This recipe was pretty easy even for someone who isn't used to cooking things like this. Despite the flames in the oven, I would definitely make this again!

The recipe was amazing! We had guests and I have to say that the tails turned out better than any I have had in a restaurant. We had huge tails and I think one of the secrets is splitting them in two, careful not cut through the bottom shell. I baked in the oven not on the grill. Will try grill next time but they were wonderful! Thank you Glada for an easy wonderful restaurant!

    Excellent and very simple.

I was looking for a simple lobster recipe and this was it! I did over cook the lobsters the first time I made them because I underestimated my grill. Once I got that straighten out it was a breeze.

I haven't tried this recipe in the oven, but I imagine you really don't need a grill. Just be sure not to over cook the lobsters. They cook very fast.

Delicious and easy. Inserting the skewer to keep the tail flat is nothing short of brilliant. Because I did not have a grill accessible, I used a stove top grill pan and it worked perfectly.
