This was so popular at Christmas, I was requested to make it for our Superbowl party. I used elbow macaroni instead of the egg noodles and opted to leave out the ham, but am thinking of using bacon instead. Both adults and kids loved it! Thanks, Giada!

This was very yummy! I used elbow macaroni instead of egg noodles and I also but only 1 1/2 cups of milk for a thicker sauce. It turned out great! We might be making it for our superbowl party. Thanks Giada!

Absolutely delicious! Very creamy, serve with wonderful bread to sop up the cheesy goodness. Next time I think I will add a little more cubed prosciutto and some crushed red pepper flakes. Excellent comfort food on a chilly day. My boys think I am a rockstar!

For the people saying its too runny you have to make sure your using enough pasta to fill the milk mixture. Also you must let it soak for about 10 mins before you cook it. I make this recipe for every holiday and everyone absolutly LOVES it. Its nice and thick and has a great flavor. I'm only 14 and i can make this its sooo easy! I make it with regular noodles rather than egg noodles i think it makes it taste better.

The flavors in this are marvelous! I substituted diced prociutto for the ham since that is what I had in my fridge. I also increased the amount of flour to thicken the sauce. My family is begging me to make this again.... soon!

Absolutely the best. I use a 16oz bag of pasta. The first time I made it, it was runny, but increasing the amount of pasta and letting it rest for at least 10 minutes allows any extra sauce to be absorbed.

it is very easy and the flavor is absolutely delicious, but too runny. it never solidified. i might try it again with less milk and/or cream.

Made this for Christmas. It was delicious. Everybody liked it.
BUT it was swimming in milk!! 2 cups cream and 2 1/2 cups milk. Too much

made mine with a tad of flour, cheddar, green chilis and cilantro vs parsley. Great foundation recipe to try lots of variations.
