i used 1 cup of 2% milk, and it still came out rich and creamy. also used 2 tbls flour as someone else suggested. not an everyday dish, but a nice comfort food.

My husband could not get enough of this! He didn't wait until it set completely, and nearly made himself sick eating so much! After reading the reviews I was prepared for the dish to not set for a long time, so we just put in the fridge, and it was perfect the next day! So easy and delicious!

my kids hate everything if it's not chocholate or potato chips. They ate so many helpings of this recipe, I had to run them out of my kitchen. Of course, all of the recipes I get from this show are great, but this one really pleased my whole family!

A very tasty variation of the traditional Mac-n-cheese. Elegant, rich, and easy.

This was a wonderful dish, very yummy. My kids even liked it. I did change a few things... I used 4 cups of half and half (instead of the whipping cream and milk and I used penne pasta. After cooking, I had the pasta rest for about 30 minutes. It wasn't runny at all.

This is such a great spin on the classic dish. The combination of cheeses totally satisfies the comfort-food cravings without being boring. The fontina and parmesan really give it a nice tang that's not overpowering and has quickly made this our mac-and-cheese favorite. And it's so quick and easy to make. Half an hour, and you're ready to take this to a holiday supper or potluck party.

I received many great compliments on this, so easy too! I also doubled the cheese inside and on top for a more "thick and crusty" top. What an awesome dish, almost like an alfredo.
