I Made a larger batch than the recipe called for. I anticipated having left-overs for later meals. It didn't work. The dish was "licked clean". It was Soooo much better than I anticipated. Thank you for such a wonderful treat.

I made this dish over labor day weekend and am totally in love with it! The combination of cheeses that are used along with the cream and milk is just a symphony of flavor. My husband, who isnt a mac n cheese fan, went back for seconds and asked that i definatly make this again. I made it and used it as a meal by itself as with all the cheese and the added ham, it was very filling. I was so glad i made it as a main course! Thank you Giada! Once again a hit!

i was not able to find fontina cheese in my area. instead i used an italian blend of all three cheeses. i also divided it into two dishes. one for us and one to share.

I could not believe how great this recipe came out. I made it for my family and suprisingly enough everyone enjoyed it. The three cheeses were wonderful together. They go together really well and have a little bit of a bite. This is much better than any macaroni and cheese that I have ever had. It was really easy to make and did not take as long as I thought it would.

This dish tasted almost like a fettucine dish, but different. A tip for this recipe would be to cut back on the liquids (altho I think I added too many noodles and more cheese!
This was fantastic heated up the next day! Everyone in my family loved it! And it was very easy to make! The hardest part was grating the cheese!

this is the best macaroni & cheese ever..there is no eggs to make your sauce curdled looking..it is really worth a try

My family just loved this recipe. We all grew up with Kraft, makes that seem so ordinary!!
