This was the BEST Mac & Cheese that I have ever had.. along with my boyfriend and mother. We were fighting over the leftovers! You HAVE to make this, Giada has never let me down with any of her recipes. It was like tasting heaven!!

This recipe makes an absolutely heavenly, lite and flavorfull macaroni and cheese! This is the best mac and cheese I have ever had. The cheeses work extremely well together.

We all thought this tasted really good but it was sooo runny when it came out of the oven. It could be that I only had 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream and had to top it off with 1/2 and 1/2. Also, didn't notice that the use of the cheeses were to be "divided" (should have stated that in the ingredients list and most of the cheese got added in with the milk and cream. Whatever happened, it was extremely runny, to the point of being watery, but tasted good. I will make it again sometime and pay better attention to the instructions.

this recipe is really good! there isn't too much going on with the cheeses, and for people who aren't into cheddar cheese, this is a great dish for them!

I love Macqroni and cheese. I usually make a three cheese receipe of my own. This combination of cheeses turned out to be the best!! I had never heard of fontina cheese. I was concerned with the small amount of flour. It was runny when it came out of the oven, but firmed up ok.

After watching this recipe the other day I could not wait to try it. It looked so easy and extra creamy I KNEW it had to be scrumptous and it was! My 2 children, ages 4 and 9, and my husband raved about it. This is the best Macaroni and Cheese ever! It is one of those meals you want to lick the plate after eating in order to make sure you get every last little morsel. Try it!!

I thought this recipe was a great change to the same old macaroni and cheese we usually eat here at home. This will definitely be a favorite I will keep with me.

This recipe was to die for! It was soooo good. Very rich, couldn't eat too much. I also used italian sausage instead of the ham and it was delicious. Recommend this recipe to anyone.

Okay, I was skeptical at first. It doesn't look and sound like any mac and cheese I grew up with. Plus I was making this for some pretty tough customers...my kids! Fontinella cheese doesn't smell very good to me and the turkey ham I used in it was so foreign ...I mean come on, turkey in mac and cheese? (We don't eat pork.I was really left wondering. But no one was wondering after the first bite of this pasta. Whoa! Creamy. Balanced. Sa-vor-eeee! UUUmm-UUmmm! All my kids cleaned their plates. My oldest said it tasted like something you'd eat at a restaurant. My youngest said you should share this recipe with the Olive Garden. My middle child, the pickest of them all, ate it all and he doesn't even like turkey ham. It is scrumptious and delicious. The best thing about it though was that I like it and all of the kids do too. That was a rare victory by itself. Unfortunately, my wife is a vegetarian so she chose not to take a taste. I think the vegetarian ham called "Wham" from Worthington Foods would work well with this recipe for vegetarians.
