This is a simple and fantastic marinara sauce. I'm not sure why mine had a more orange/red color than Giada's did but the flavor is great.

So simple and perfect! I recommend using San Marzano tomatoes like Giada does, they really make all the difference. I also put it in the blender before I used it; I like a smooth marinara. Thanks Giada!

I watched the episode and made it that night. Could not be easier. Double the amounts in her recipe and you have 3 or 4 nights dinner pretty much done. I have used it with sausage, pork chops and chicken breast.

This was easy to make and delicious...I don't think I will ever use jar sauce again. -Make a big batch and freeze some for later use.
