really delicious. so much flavor comes through from the marinade. giada does it again. its easier to grill if you slice them very very diagonally, because theres more surface area and they are less likely to fall in.

This was an easy and great tasting marinade. The thyme gave the squash a great flavor. I will definetely be using this again soon!

Wow, I never would have marinated zucchini for this long, or at room temp. The marinade definitly infused a lot of flavor. Only problem with this one is I lost quite a few through my grill.
