Tried it yesterday night and it turned out amazing..: Thought the olive oil was too much so i decided to serve it with some pesto and it was great! never thought I would make pasta at home from scratch!

I saw Giada make this yesterday and had been thinking about it ever since! Made it tonight, and loved it. Yeah, it was too salty for me, but otherwise scrumptious. The richness of the mascarpone was cut by the lemon zest, and the nutmeg gave it just the right hint of sweetness to temper the basil. I served some tomato slices on the side to help cut the salt. I often serve pasta and veggies tossed in olive oil. This is another recipe I can add to my mix.

Didn't like it :( Was too heavy and almost flavorless without the sauce. Too much oil recommended.

the gnocchi was moist and soft but unfortunately there was too much parmesan cheese in the recipe for my family. the next time i try the recipe i will decrease the parmesan by 1/2 and not add any cheese afterward.

I made it tonight for my husband and kids. My almost two year old loved it and so did my husband. I took a few of the balls out a little early and they were too soft. Once I got more confident, it turned out fine. This turned out to be a delicious dinner made "from scratch"!! :

Yummy! Very filling. You do not need a lot to get full. Next time I will use less salt though... it was a little salty for my taste.
