I've made these a few times, and they come out perfect EVERY time! People always ask me for the recipe. And to the post below - YES you can use chocolate mix too. However, the chocolate overpowers the Strawberry glaze and they aren't nearly as good.

My cupcakes fell and I couldn't save them. What did I do wrong?

This recipe was very simple to make and the cupcakes turned out so light and airy! The strawberry glaze also keeps the cupcakes light and was much better than a buttercream frosting.

I have read the most recent reviews and I must say they have watched way to much foodnetwork. they think that they are above the rest of us. I must say that I am a very good cook and these cupcakes are womderful. They are light and can be changed with any flavor and given your own touch. Those that feel they must use cake powder sugar and baking soda instead of using a good cake mix is beside me. I will spend hours making from scratch when is necessary however this it is not necessary in this receipe and I have had much praise in whatever flavorr or topping i choose to give these they are wonderful

I was all excited about this recipe until I saw it used cake mix.Very disappointing. I won't make it. But I gave it 3 stars (average b/c there's certainly a place for cake mix and lots of people seem to like it. To each her own!

I made this recipe today and everithing was perfect. The only thing I noticed is that the bread was tooo moist so they kind of got stick to the paper. QUESTION? How do I have to bake this recipe if I live un a high alltitude city??. Maybe thats what happened? Because I made them excactly by the book
