I made these a few years ago and they were yummy and moist. But I haven't made them since. I think everyone should try them. Very quick and easy to make.

The cupcakes were really delicious. They are very moist and airy. I decided to try a lemon glaze (lemon juice and powdered sugar to offset the richness the cheese gives to the cupcakes. This works much better than the strawberry glaze. The strawberry glaze is way too sweet.

Not sure if it was the cake mix I used or what, but they flopped...and the edge of the cupcakes separated from the middle when I took them out. I made regular size cupcakes...they all went into the garbage. the edges of the top tasted good, but no way to glaze them when they are caved in. I used a popular brand...the Moist Deluxe version.

Saw the show today and just finished making them. They are fantastic! Did not change the recipe at all and did make minicupcakes. Thank you Giada. SN

I wish I would have read the reviews. Cupcakes were ok, nothing special. The glaze was awful. The only reason for strawberries is for color. The glaze tasted like SUGAR!! I added more strawberries to finally get the taste I wanted and it was so runny. :-( I was so looking forward to this recipe because I LOVE STRAWBERRIES!!

This recipe is definitely my newest favorite for cupcakes. I made regular sized cupcakes and they turned out very moist and fluffy. I'm not a fan of strawberries. Instead I made a whipped cream cheese frosting to frost the cupcakes with once they cooled down completely. They have to be kept refrigerated when using cream cheese but the coolness of the cupcake makes it even more excellent and addicting.

My friends at work LOVED these cupcakes! I topped them with some of those colored sprinkles and they looked really pretty... almost too good to eat! (I didn't have any issues with the glaze.

The cupcakes themselves were the best, most delicious cupcakes ever. The glaze was a bizarre disaster. Next time I will follow Sara and use more strawberries, less sugar. The glaze in the recipe tasted horrible, it also seemed way too thick but adding extra strawberry puree didn't help and it ended up mostly running off the tops. What did soak in there ended up adding a nice strawberry taste to the pink vanilla frosting I used instead (no time to make something different so thank you Pillsbury for making a pink frosting!.

These are so cute and yummy. I used more strawberries than called for and about a cup less of powdered sugar. I also used french vanilla cake to bump up the flavor. Everyone loved these.

These are so delicious. The glaze tasted a little too much like confectioners sugar so I added lemon zest and just a bit of melted butter which made it PERFECT! Works well as minis or regular cupcakes. They're a huge hit in my family.
