The idea of this sounded really good, but the cups got soggy before I had a chance to pour the coffee.

This recipe was just what I expected. Light...not too sweet and very pretty. I used premade phyllo shells.

These are fabulous! I made them and filled some with the raspberry in the recipe and some with a chocolate-mascarpone filling. Served them at a church dessert function and they were a hit!!

This is a delightfully creamy treat; everyone I have served them to has raved about them! I use pre-made phyllo cups (much easier to deal with, and use white chocolate for the garnish.

I made these when my mom came to visit and they were yummy! I bought a small container of the marscapone, mixed the whole yogurt container, the whole cheese and all of the small can of pineapple. I used the leftovers on bagels the next day and it was fab. I bought pre-made shells though. A very light dessert to have after a big meal.

Different taste than the desserts I normally eat. Good though and very creative!
