I very much enjoyed this recipe. Will be making it often for lunches. I used cod instead of halibut and it turned out great.

Bright and fresh. What a refreshing way to have a fish sandwich. Not your mama's tuna sandwich, that's for certain! I had cod instead of halibut; romaine instead of arugula; and I couldn't find my jar of capers. Still, even my non-fish lover gave it 5 stars! Definitely will make this again and again.

I can't say enough good things about this sandwich! I used tilapia the first time I made it. It was fantastic!! I made it again this week with shrimp and I loved it just as much:- The taste is so unique and enjoyable.

Good sandwich. Enjoyed the flavors but overall not a repeat for me. I used a sole fillet and kept everything else the same.

Excellent...we will be making this a regular meal in our house. I used mahi mahi and it worked very well.

I have made this recipe many times now, it is a great favorite of my family. I substitute cod filets for the halibut, since I can get cod easily, it tastes great, works in this recipe, and is $7.99 per pound vs. $28.00 per pound for halibut. (Assuming I can even find halibut. Often leave out the capers, doesn't change a thing for our taste!!!

Loved this sandwich! I followed the recipe exactly and only wish it would have included a note to rinse the capers. The recipe says to drain them, but doesn't mention rinsing them. I forgot and the briney taste overpowered the delicate fish. Next time I will rinse them well or leave them out altogether.

Wonderful summer sandwich flavors. Big hit with my husband who doesn't think halibut has enough flavor. But I agree with other reviewers and plan to substitute a less expensive fish next time.

This sandwich is amazing! My husband and I love it for dinner on a hot summer evening. The flavors are bright and fresh. We used some of our lemon basil out of our herb garden instead of the sweet basil. The lemon basil is a great addition.
