A very good recipe. I added frozen corn. The family loved them, and they were good for leftovers too!

i made these in regular muffin cups, i added shredded carrots and a bit more chicken, and doubled the cheese sauce. i'll be making these again for sure, even my granddaughter, who usually just picks around any green veggies, ate them right up!

Very tasty but a little dry. They are super cute and fun to make. I actually got 20 mini pot pies out of this recipe! Delicious!

I made this as a regular sized pot pie in a pyrex pie plate. Huge hit with the family. I will be adding a few more vegetables and making two full sized pies tonight for dinner. One was not enough......especially with a 12 year old son!

Made it for our "Election Poker Night" as a test run, got the thumbs up when I didn't kill anyone, then made it again for our Thanksgiving Day Potluck. My dish was the only dish that was completely gone by the end of the night! I do 3/4 tsp of salt because a full tsp is just too much for my liking and I do add a smidget more cheese. It worked really well with my family- the "finicky, I eat like a bird geriatric relatives" to the little toddlers who refuse to eat anything that looks different from mac n' cheese. Takes 2 bites to eat and always a hit!!!

These are so delish! I also made larger ones, in a regular muffin tin.
