    I'm fourteen, and I love to cook. I fixed these for my mother and I for lunch today, I left out the ham and doubled up on the cheese (swiss, pepperjack, and parmesan, and it was fantastic!

    This a really good recipe, very easy to follow, fast to prepare and cook. I used the same egg, milk, cheese ratio, I just changed the other ingredients. Instead I used 3oz. canadian bacon, green onions, and finely chopped mushrooms. It was delicious and will be making this again. They are perfect for brunch.

    I made this for an easter brunch and everyone was in the kitchen trying to snitch them before I could get them to the table. They are super simple and a BIG HIT in this family.

    These are easy to make and taste great. My son-in-law is very picky but loved these. I prepared a whole batch for the family and by the time most of them had arrived my 2 1/2 year old grandson had eaten what was on the plate with his dad. This is a staple in my house from now on.
