These were very tasty and easy. Nothing spectacular, but I'd make them again. We used regular size muffin pans and baked for about 15 minutes. They turned out great.

I made this for a Mother's Day brunch. I followed the recipe as is except I doubled it and used regular muffin tins. Regular sized muffin tins took approximately 18-20 minutes to bake. They puffed up beautifully. So simple but had an incredible depth of flavor. My family raved about them and are already requesting them for future mornings. This recipe was an instant family favorite.

Really good, easy and spicy. I didn't like it as a left over though.

I was making muffins and had a few unfilled cups in my pan and remembered this recipe and I'm glad I did. My husband I loved them. I over filled the cups so they looked like egg muffins instead of frittatas but still tasted great.

We were double-fisted with these bites of fluffy goodness and the sinfully delicious cinnamon rolls (also from this episode. I added ground black pepper and salt. I could see this recipe adapting to lots of different ingredients. Try 'em! (AND, don't forget the rolls!...

I have a nine year old and five year old and they both loved them. The speed in which they're ready is great.
