    I first made these on New Years Day. They are so easy to make and have great flavor. I have made them in a regular size muffin pan, just cook them a few minutes longer. The presentation on these make it look like you have worked hard in the kitchen but so easy to do. Great for the family or company.

    I made these for dinner this week for my husband (made a half batch with a side of roasted potatoes and a mixed green salad and we both loved them. Perfect as an appetizer or a quick lunch or dinner and no extra shopping required. Everything was already in the fridge. Thanks again Giada!!

    MY SISTER MADE THESE OVER THE WEEKEND & OH MY GOSH WERE THEY GOOD!!! SOMETHING SIMPLE & I THINK THE KIDS WILL LOVE THEM

    Very easy to make. I didn't have any ham but chopped up a little mushroom and some bacon bits (and of course the cheese. My son wolfed most of them down, but at least I had a few of my own. I can find lots of ways to make them. Simple, easy and quick . . . going to make it a lot. Thanks, Giada!

    I made these frittatas for my parents and a few of their friends. We all loved them!! I used the regular size cupcake pan. I just had to watch them because the cooking time changed a bit. Definitely worth it!!!

    Simple, and very tasty. They make a great addition to a brunch or just for breakfast. You could really make quite a few variations of this recipe easily.

    These were good. I made then w/ parmesan and mozzerella cheese. I'm sure they would have been great with the ham. Nice alternative to omlettes.
