    They frittata was good but I thought the cheese made it a little bland. I will make it again but I will use a different cheese

    This was a quick and easy recipe for a fast, light meal. NO big Wow factor in this one. It's good but nothing to write home about.

    I knew this was a winner when my husband loved it. He is not a breakfast person, but he praised this wonderful frittata. I halved it and baked it in a small casserole dish, which worked great. When we are with family or have company, I will try it in the muffin cups. Thanks Giada!! I love watching your show!

    I loved these, but I only got 12 mini fritatas, using 2-oz.x 24 cup pan. I thought Giada said you'd get about 40. Has anyone else had such a difference? I substituted sauteed finely chopped onion, bacon and cilantro for a brunch - what a hit! They also reheat well, for breakfast on the run.
