    These were delicious and super easy....BUT my roommate & I watched the show together before I made them a couple of days later, and we both thought that the ones she made on the show were definitely BIGGER!!!! Just wider if anything....but I used a standard 24-cup mini muffin tin from Williams-Sonoma. Then yesterday at Bed, Bath & Beyond I saw another 24-cup mini muffin tin which had completely different-sized cups in it...these were much more shallow. ANYway I just really like to be sure I use the same stuff as Giada, which is why I went out and bought this one from Williams. Anyway I hope one day she adds a specific note re: the mini muffin tins. We'll always love you though, Giada!!!!!

    We used salami, and baked in a large pan this time. We also used 2% milk. It came out beautifully, even I ate it. (I dislike eggs very much!

    I have made frittatas many times but have never thought to use the mini muffins tins. These were great, I used bacon but followed the rest of the recipe. These would be great at a bruch. I also halved the amounts.

    I just made this for my family for breakfast. They loved it! Easy to make and delicious to eat! Will definitely make again!

    my kids (3+5 helped me make these and they were a hit! my son doesnt usually eat egg yolks or scrambled eggs, but loved these! made them w/precooked breakfast sausage, those were good too. had to cut recipe in half.
