I just made this recipe for breakfast and it was amazing! I did do a few things different though after reading a few of the reviews and I wanted to make it my own! instead of whole milk I used 1%, I added mushrooms, cilantro, onions, chedder cheese, chili powder, and a little adobo chicken seasoning. I also did them in bigger muffin trays because I was only cooking for 2! this was a great recipe and I will most definitely be making it again!

I loved this recipe. It is simply and great. I use sausage or ham or bacon. My husband loves it. And it is easy to take to work.

great recipe! Took more than 10 min to cook (about 20. Family thought it would be good with basil and tomato. They're really easy to serve and much better than slices from a big pan. I also added a blend of mexican cheese. For the vegetarians I just cut the ham and they were just as great!

Outstanding recipe. I skipped the ham and added sauted, minced shallots and red pepper and a drained box of chopped frozen spinach. The cupcake size was perfect for finger food at a picnic event.

I made them for mother's day. They are perfect if you want something really light. I didn't have ham, so I used bacon and it was amazing!

Just made these for Brunch today..they came out really good...I made a couple of modifications to it and it turned out delish...I added some asparagus and scallions to it for some more greens and some crushed red peppers for a kick. I also put it under the broiler before taking it out from the oven. I would definitely make it next time with some more modifications..It's a hit! specially for large groups.

Very easy to make. I agree that the ham and parmesan are a bit bland. Would probably be better with cheddar and bacon. family loved them anyway. And surprisingly, I thought they needed more salt.
