Yummy!!! This is great recipe for a brunch, and as long as you don't overcook them, they keep warm well in a lightly buttered chafing dish and are even good at room temp. I used nonstick regular size muffin tins mainly because I wasn't going to buy new pans for 1 dish. One you give it a try... get creative with leftovers or different meats or cheeses. The possibilities are endless!!!

haven't tried to make these yet, but the reviews are promising. We're having a 90th B-day party for my lovely, Italian MIL and was wondering if these can be made in advance? (I gave this 5 stars, because I have NEVER been disappointed in a Giada recipe!

I love these!!! They are perfect for kids and adults. I used honey ham, parm. reggiano cheese and green onions and baked in regular muffin tins for 20 mins. I forgot to use salt and yet they tasted like didn't even need any. Very very delicious!! I love making these whenever we have overnight guests.

I made these two Christmas's ago and everyone loved them so I made them again... they made me promise this was our new family tradition.

I have made this for my family, friends, church brunches and I always have rave reviews! I did tweak it a little by using spinach instead of parsley and I buy pre-diced ham which makes this a cinch to throw together. I also put some red, orange or yellow bell pepper in it it's all pretty sweet so it's whatever I have on hand. People LOVE this!

So easy, I made these for my Baby Shower and they were a huge hit, even with my 9 year old daughter!! I have made them since, just for a nice Sunday brunch, still easy and very yummy! Thanks Giada!
