    I made the meatballs with a combination of beef and turkey, and instead of frying them, I broiled them to make it a little more healthy. The meatballs were terrific in the sauce. Thanks!

    This is such a great recipe. It was quite easy to make the meatballs and they tasted great. The parsley is so important here. I would want to eat these little meatballs with just pasta. They would be great!

    These are the best meatballs I've ever made. The meatballs have a wonderful balance of sweetness and saltiness that stands up to the sauce well. I particularly like the moist texture of the meatballs - and they were great the next day (I hid them!. Thanks, Giada!

    Thank you Giada! This recipe was absolutely wonderful. My husband isn't a big Italian cuisine fan, but this made him an instant fan with the meatballs.

    Meatballs were delish. I think it would be tasty prepared as a meatloaf as well. recommended. I didn't care for the sauce recipe tho. make a different recipe or used premade...
