My husband and company raved that these were the best meatballs they ever had. I put them over spaghetti with Giada's homemade marinira sauce, and then made meatball subs the next day. These meatballs are amazing.

Wonderful little morsels of goodness. Made these meatballs then simmered in Alessi jarred chunky marinara sauce (my life saver if I don't have time to make sauce from scratch and served over pasta. They were wonderful. Super easy, tasty and I will definitely add them to my recipe repertoire.

I made these last night for the Bears game today...They were superb! I used 1 lb. of veal, pork, and beef...a total of 3 lbs. I only used one medium size onion and thought it might be a little too much. I just doubled the rest of the ingredients, except for the parsley. I used 1/4 cup dry parsley, and it was fine. I didn't saute these in a pan, I had over 48 meatballs. I put them on a pan and baked them at 350 for 1 hour, flipped them 1/2 way through. I then put them in a crock pot with the marinara and served them on sub rolls with a slice of provolone cheese. One of the guys asked for the recipe for his wife!

I didn't use the pork, but these meatballs were awesome. Use in pasta as well. Yummy!!!

I made these mini meatballs as an appetizer to pair with an Australian Sangiovese at a recent wine tasting. I used my favorite jarred marinara sauce and served them in a chaffing dish. The seasonings in the meatballs along with the sweetness of marinara sauce were a very pleasing match to the earthiness of the wine. Thanks for a great recipe!

These were very, very good! Make sure you get the meatballs very brown otherwise they fall apart in the sauce. Excellent recipe!

I love these meatballs! I have also simmered them in a jar of quality arrabiata and some red wine. Of course they're better with Giada's sauce... Good quality Italian or French bread also makes a huge impact.
