These meatballs were delicious. I only had ground beef on hand, but they still came out so well. The cheese and onions made it so juicy and yummy.

Very simple to make, not too time consuming and the kids loved helping! We used jar spaghetti sauce to go a little faster. The meatballs have an awesome taste and probably would have been good in spaghetti and meatballs, but the sammy's were just too good and we ate all that we prepared!

I love Giada's recipe. Simple, but delicious! Her meatball recipe is perfect, but this specific marinara sauce is just okay... It needs something like maybe some oregano or basil and maybe some red wine to make it a bit richer.

Served at an "Italian" themed party. These were a huge hit! The meatballs were the best, by far, I've ever made!
    Thanks, Giada!

I have made these meatballs several times. They are always moist and absolutely delicious. My husband and I eat the meatball sandwiches one night. I use the leftover meatballs and sauce combined with cooked pasta, mozzarella and parm/regiano cheese to make a baked pasta dish for the next night, or just freeze for later (which usually never happens since we want to eat the leftovers right away. Thanks Giada!

This recipe was simple and full of flavour. My daughter asked me to make it after watching the show with me and it was a hit.
    Definitely worth making again.

Giada has the reputation for making THE best food, in my opinion. Thanks for teaching me your secrets! These meatballs were so yummy that I didn't want to put sauce all over them!

I used frozen meatballs and canned sauce, but this recipe turned out great.

I found these meatballs to be very heavy on the stomach. There was too much oil. My husband and I both woke up the next morning sick to our stomachs because of the "stick to your ribs" meatballs.
