    I give this a 4 1/2.
My 6 year old made them by himself and they came out great, a bit salty though. We had them with spaghetti yum!
Next time will slash the salt and I'm thinking swiping the parsley for basil, or maybe just add it

Tried this recipe last night for dinner, and it was a big hit. It was moist and juicy. I did add garlic, cayenne, and onion powder. My kids loved it so much that they wanted it for lunch the next day for school!

This only took 20 mins, it was fun and easy to make. My meatballs came out crispy on the top but yet juicy and soft on the inside. I did make some alterations though, instead of ground beef I used boca's vegetarian meat starters, I also added garlic, oregano, onions, spinach, and cheese in it and instead of corn flakes I used the panko's bread crumbs. I am totally making it again

These were a huge hit with my daughter, nieces and nephew. I added Worcestershire sauce and minced garlic, and used Panko Italian bread crumbs. Delicious!
