It is very easy for turkey meatballs to be dry, but these are so incredibly tender. My father is a "meat and potatoes" kind of man and would rather have ground beef than ground turkey. When I made these for him, he didn't even realize that I used ground turkey! And don't get me started on the tomato sauce. Easy, flavorful, and just plain delicious!

Quick, easy and tasty. I mixed up the meat etc as in the recipe, but drizzled with oil and sprinkled with red pepper flakes, then baked rather than fried these (we like things spicy.

We ate some without finishing in the sauce and they were good. With the sauce even better. Will do this for a potluck or party. Very easy to "bang out" - Thanks, Giada!

Giada normally nails it, but I found the meatballs disgusting. They were way too soft and fell apart when I fried them. Even though I did the recipe exact, felt they had little flavor. The sauce did turn out well and for that Im giving this 2 stars.

My family LOVES this recipe. My husband said they are the best meatballs ever, his overall favorite hands down. I've made them for parties, etc.. and people always ask me about them. Easy and so tasty. Sometimes I've adjusted the recipe by using 3/4 cup 4C Seasoned Breadcrumbs and eliminating the parsley, romano cheese, the salt and only use about 2 tablespoons of the parmesan and sometimes I use 2 eggs and a 1-2 tbls milk. I've cooked them several different ways, fried as recipe indicates, microwaved, and baked and they are always, always great. Thank you Giada!

Made the recipe for my 2 3-year olds. Had to go gluten free so I made my own breadcrumbs with gluten free bread we had, and added about 1/2 total. For the sauce, I used what I had on hand which was 2-15oz. cans tomato sauce, 1-32 oz. can whole plum tomatoes (pureed with immersion blender first, and 1-15oz. can diced tomatoes. Everything turned out very good. I will definitely make these again. The meatballs felt very moist when I mixed them together. I browned them in a pan and the threw them into the dutch oven with the sauce for 30 minutes to finish cooking.

Delicious. Snuck in grated carrots and zucchini to get in some vegetables. Although next time I will squeeze some water out of the grated zucchini as it made the meatballs a little too wet and delicate.

This was a total disaster. The flavor was good, but the meatballs fell apart and made a mushy meat sauce. Not worth the effort!!!!
