These are the best meatballs I've ever eaten. The recipe is so simple that my 9 year old daughter made them and they were great! We'll always use this recipe.

These meatballs were extremely easy to make, and tasted great when added to any side dish. The small size made them fast to cook, and this dish would be a great weeknight meal. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because I felt the Pecorino Romano cheese was a little bit too strong; it really took over the flavor of the meatball. That's probably because I'm not a fan of strong tasting cheese, however. Other than that, delicious!

This was the first time we've ever mae meatballs. We added red pepper flakes and put the meatballs in the freezer to firm before browning. De-lish! Crispy outside and soft inside, used Newman's Own Tomato and Basil sauce over spaghetti. Thank you Giada!

    Giada...
Thank you for this meatball recipe. I've been married 49 years and never
made great meat balls until this recipe. My husband really enjoyed them.
    I love your shows!

We made this with beef and forgot to "grate" the onion (diced it quite finely instead, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Both of us agreed --- best meatballs EVER. As for the marinara sauce --- if it were socially acceptable, I would have drank this out of a cup ... will never "buy" marinara sauce again, not when it's this easy and good to make! Thanks Giada! Love both of your shows!

Added one extra egg white for moisture, less cheese (only 1/4 C. total and basil as well as the parsley. Baked @ 350 for 25 min. and they were perfect. The accompanying sauce is great too -- pureed 3/4 of batch so there's still some texture. Will make this many times, I'm sure.

I followed the recipe exactly as said, except I added some hot italian sausage to the turkey meat, and squeezed the grated onion into a paper towel to get rid of some of the excess moisture. Try wetting your hands before you roll the meatballs, you'll get a perfectly round one every time. It made about 35 meatballs so I browned all of them and then froze half for use in another meal. They turned out so tender and moist. Giada never fails me! Love this recipe!

My husband and I really loved this recipe. My husband is a very picky eater but he loved the flavor and the fact that it wasn't dry. He didn't even notice that it was ground turkey and not ground beef. I will definitely make this again.
