I've used this recipe a thousand times now. I've made mini-meatballs, meatball subs, meatballs with spaghetti....
I also have swapped spinach for the parsley when I didn't have any on hand and it turned out just as great. What a wonderful recipe!

This is going to be my meatball recipe from now on! I recently served these at an antipasti party and they were a HUGE hit. The only change I made was I used half lean ground beef and half ground pork instead of the turkey. Everyone raved about how good they were!

I made this exactly as stated except I used Pam spray instead of all that olive oil. It turned out wondeful.. so moist and flavorful. You must make these!

So what they didn't stick together perfectly! With a taste like that, it didn't matter! I served these with a few other Giada recipes and they were the first to go! They are definately a must try!

This was so easy to make and my husband loved it. I've made it several times already. I used dried parsley once and it just didn't have the same flavor so be sure to use fresh herbs!

Giada's Turkey Meatballs are so delicious, they are seasoned just right and the sauce recipe is delicious. What a wonderful, more healthy alternative to regular spaghetti and meatballs - even my husband enjoyed it and he is a traditional meat and potatoes kind of guy.
    Wonderful!
